I’m really loving Chanel’s two-tone tights - aren’t they amazing!!! Described by Vogue as “The epitome of grown-up chic” it would seem that here is another fashion item to covet for autumn/winter 2008-9.

Konstantina Mittas showed at the RAFW Spring/summer Rosemount Australian Fashion Week and I really loved her flirty, sheer style.

Andrea Heimer is one of my favourite artists, I love her aesthetic, the way she uses imagery and colour. Above are a few of my faves at the moment. She’s 27 and from Bellingham, Washington US, and a regular on the art scene. She’s just finished a series of exhibitions, and if you like what you see, check out her website for more information.

” FUTURISTIC model robots and stiff, elegant uniform clothing” was how Vogue described YSL’s range this season.  Slim-line black sunglasses, short, sharp cropped ‘bowl’ wigs and burgundy/black vamp lips were donned by the models as they sashayed down the runway in gorgeous outfits reminiscent of 80s immaculate tailoring and design.

I love these gorgeous choc croc platforms, they’re to die for!!!

Flamboyant Melbourne Womenswear label, MISS LYNDEL YEO, recently was invited to have her glamourous clothes adorne the models for the ‘Answers for Hair’ Shoot for HAIR EXPO AUSTRALIA.

The woman behind this label is gorgeous Lyndel, who got her big break after launching in August 2005 then going on to becoming a finalist in the Mercedez Benz Start Up in Melbourne. Lyndel went on to be awarded ‘Designer of the Year 2005’ for the Federation Square fashion showcase series in the same year.

Not one to be afraid of vibrant colours, Miss Lyndel Yeo the label, produces extremely well tailored jackets and flowing, glamorous gowns - a signature style encompassing more dramatic and slick with every new collection.
